Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Global Technology Solutions.
January 11, 2017, was signing of the Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Global Technology Solutions. The signing of MOU was attended by Director of State Personnel Service of the Kyrgyz Republic Momunaliev Nurhanbek Sakenovich and GTS President Denny J. Cho. Under the MOU, the parties will cooperate in the development of training programs on logistics, ICT, project management, business English, and public procurement, for public servants. Also provides for cooperation in the implementation of new technologies in the educational system for civil servants.
